Growth company in a stable and countercyclical market
We specialise in demanding infrastructure construction, which is by nature stable and countercyclical. The more demanding the infrastructure construction project, the less sensitive the investment decision is to temporary inflation and interest rate levels. More than half of our revenue comes from the public sector, which effectively smooths out demand fluctuations caused by economic cycles.
In 2022, we expanded into the Swedish infrastructure market, where our goal is to continue strong growth and build a second geographical stronghold for the Group.
Dividend
Our target is to distribute at least half of Kreate’s annual net result as dividends, taking into account Kreate’s financial position, cash flows and growth opportunities.
