Kreate Oy operates in Finland, providing high-quality solutions for bridges, roads, railways, environmental and foundation construction, circular economy, and geotechnical needs. Kreate Oy’s revenue accounts for approximately 85% of the Group’s total revenue. In Finland, Kreate focuses particularly on increasing the share of revenue generated from railway-related environments.
Kreate Sverige Ab
Kreate Sverige operates in Sweden and has four business areas: rock, concrete, foundation, and earthworks construction. The majority of its operations consist of demanding underground infrastructure construction. Growing Kreate Sverige is one of the main strategic focus areas of the Group. The goal is to develop Sweden into a second geographical stronghold for the Group.
KFS Finland Oy
KFS Finland Oy is the market leader in foundation construction special works in Finland. The owners are Kreate (50%) and Keller (50%). Following the change in the shareholders’ agreement, the treatment of KFS Finland changed as of 1 April 2026 from a joint venture to a subsidiary of Kreate, and it is consolidated into Kreate’s income statement and balance sheet line by line.
