Analyst coverage expanded
OP Corporate Bank initiated coverage of Kreate on 29 May 2026 with an Accumulate recommendation and a target price of EUR 21.00. On 18 June 2026, OP updated its target price to EUR 28.00. According to OP, Kreate’s market outlook is supported by trends such as urbanization, investments in transport and rail infrastructure, critical infrastructure, and defense readiness. In its initiation report, OP also highlights data center construction as a significant long-term market opportunity. Kreate is now covered by OP Corporate Bank, Inderes, and Danske Bank.

Kreate has acquired SRV Infra Oy
Kreate has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of SRV Infra Oy as previously announced for approximately EUR 30 million. SRV Infra Oy’s business consists primarily of underground rock construction and, to a lesser extent, foundation and special foundation construction.
“The business, expertise and references gained through the acquisition complement Kreate’s offering and competence profile in an excellent way. Underground rock construction is a completely new construction area for Kreate in Finland and will thus bring us an entirely new business. As a result of the acquisition, we will gain a strong position in the underground rock construction market, for which the outlook for the coming years is strengthened by security, preparedness and security of supply considerations related to the geopolitical situation. The foundation and special foundation construction market is also supported by strong megatrends such as urbanisation and investments required by the green transition,” says Timo Vikström, President and CEO of the Kreate Group.
